Pisang Peak Climbing

This is very beautiful trekking and climbing peak which is located in Annapurna region. We can see the Pisang peak 6091m while we reach in Pisang village in the route of Round Annapurna trekking. Pisang Peak offers a great exploration of Annapurna Himalayan range, Kangaru valley, Kangaru peak, Marshyangdi valley and Manaslu range from the summit point.

The hanging glaciers, ice and black rocky parts make climbing difficult at beginning part. We should have technical climbing knowledge in 45 degree in the middle part of this peak. We should use fixed rope and main rope in every climbing steps for the safety climbing. Finally, we reach on the summit is more easier. A German Expedition team made the first ascent of Pisang Peak in 1955.
